Reservation: Reservation of vehicle class is confirmed. A vehicle of specific make or model is guaranteed:

Economy class: Chevrolet Aveo, Hyundai Getz, Toyota Yaris
Compact class(1): VW Golf, Opel Astra, Mazda 3, Chevrolet Lacetti
Compact class(2): VW Jetta, Toyota Corolla
Standard class: VW Passat, Toyota Avensis, Peugeot 407
5+2 class: Opel Zafira, VW Touran
Minivan class: Opel Vivaro, Renault Trafic

Rental fee: A daily rental fee is calculated for a 24-hour period. The rental fee includes technical maintenance and third party insurance. Fuel costs are not included in the rental fee.

Identification documentation: The lessee must produce a passport and driver’s licence. At the time of presenting the document, the remaining term of validity of the document must be at least 2 more months.

Additional driver: A charge of EUR 15,00  is applicable per each driver indicated in the rental agreement

Car insurance: The rental car is insured against damage (CDW), theft and robbery (THW), as well as the mandatory third-party liability insurance () is also applicable. The lessee’s deductible in case of damages inflicted upon the vehicle (CDW) is up to EUR 450,00.

Maximum deductible in case of damages (SCDW): At the client’s discretion, the deductible for damages inflicted upon the hired car can be decreased from EUR 450,00 to EUR 0.00. In such case, the client must make a payment for the decreased deductible, which depends on the number of days that the car is rented.
1- 3 days – EUR 16,00 per day;
4 - 6 days - EUR 13,00 per day;
7 - 15 days - EUR 10,00 per day;
16 - 30 days - EUR 8,00 per day;
More than 31- day -  EUR 6,00 per day.

Age restrictions: The minimum age for the lessee/driver is 20 years. Drivers younger than 20 years of age will be charged with an additional daily payment of EUR 8,00.

The payment for the car rental can be made with the following credit cards: VISA, AMEX, EC/MC. The expected rental fee and deductible deposit are pre-authorised to be charged to the lessee’s credit card at the beginning of the rental period. When paying in cash, a SECURITY DEPOSIT in amount of EUR 150,00 will be withheld. Regular clients do not have to pay the security deposit.

Receiving and returning the vehicle: In Tallin and airport of Tallin () during weekdays from 9.00 until 18.00 free of charge. During other hours – EUR 15,00. For cars hired at promotional prices – a fee of  EUR 15,00 will be applied for delivery and pick-up of the vehicle. An additional charge will be applied for returning the vehicle in other towns of Estonia: according to a prior arrangement.

Car online booking: If you need the car on the same day when you want to book, the first contact Autorent by Telephone +371 28 28 88 28, to ensure the availability of cars, otherwise Autorent do NOT guarantee the free car.

Cancelation of reservation: If client wants to cancel a reservation, he must to inform about it not less then 24 hours before the beggining of a rental period.

One-way car rental:  The vehicle to be returned in Latvia (Riga) or Lithuania (Vilnius): EUR 150,00.

Additional equipment: car-seat for children – EU 3,00 day; navigation equipment- TomTom - EUR 4,50 day.

Penalties: The amount of penalty for losing car documentation or keys is EUR 250,00. All fines for administrative and traffic violations, which have occurred while using the vehicle, must be covered by the lessee. Additional administration fee of EUR 50,00 will be calculated per each fine or administrative and traffic violation.

Fuel: The vehicles are rented with full fuel tank. Upon returning the vehicle, a rate of EUR 1,50  will be charged per each litre of fuel shortage.

Territorial restrictions: For light passenger vehicles and minivans – Estonia (for example Tallin), Lithuania ( for example Vilnius),Latvia (for example Riga). For all vehicles you will need written permission from AUTORENT to travel outside Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.
